Description
We want to get out of the business of translating -Zduplex into -o sides=two-sided-long-edge; we should make a transitional package that recognizes the old arguments and prints out a notice of the change (but no longer actually sends the job to the server).
Jon says, "if you want an lprng server, you can configure it as an lprng queue manually [on your local machine]".

We should have done this long ago, but r25463 includes a deprecation warning. I suggest we push this out ~now so that people see it.
