debathena-language-support is useless in Precise+

Description

There are no more language-support-input-* packages, so debathena-language-support is empty. We should either figure out what should go in there, or delete it from the tree.

Note that its dependency in workstation was removed in r25849 because #1310.

This is #1255, too ("ibus-anthy disappeared after Natty"). We should figure out which input methods to enable by default.

Someone who has more experience than me in inputing non-Latin characters should chime in on what the right thing to do is here.
