nautilus-afs doesn't reset the "Entity" combobox after 'Cancel'

Description

After clicking 'add' then changing the Entity dropdown to one of the pre-configured options, then 'cancel', and then 'add' again, the dropdown lists a specific entity, but doesn't re-lock the textfield and checkbox. This allows you to run "fs sa system:foosystem:anyuser rl" which obviously doesn't work.
