Encourage classes to use athena.dialup

A bunch of classes suggest linerva.mit.edu as a dialup. We should encourage them to use athena.dialup instead, and find out if there are reasons they recommend linerva over athena.dialup.

This will be resolved by renaming linerva to athena.dialup and calling it good.
