installer should decouple "unattended" from "cluster"

Description
Right now, the various installer components equate cluster installation with unattended installation. That is not necessarily the right answer. In particular, there are some hilarious failure modes that are limited to unattended installs. The PXE installer should ask if you want an attended or unattended install, and install-debathena.sh should conditionalize on that.
