Greeter should stop saying Athena 10

Description

Regardless of other efforts to redesign the greeter, let's go ahead and swap out bottomlogo.png for the version attached here, which replaces "Athena 10" with "Debathena".

Fix in 23863; uploaded to proposed.

In the interests of branding for the eminent cluster deployment, I think we should probably get this out before Friday. Any other developers around to sign off on a fast track to production?
