groups 101 and 1000 should be less silly

Description

It's probably totally trivial for PXE-installed systems (cluster or not) to reserve groups 101 and 1000 and prevent system groups from taking either of those. libuuid usually takes the former, which is really supposed to be "mit". We can't fix this everywhere but we should fix it where we can.

Having features depend on the install method bothers me. I think it's fine to do this for cluster, and to decree that cluster can only be installed via PXE. But if we want to do it for other distributions, we should find a way to make it work for all installation methods, which I realize may be Hard(tm).

Wrong solution. Didn't we decide ages ago that, no really, we actually wanted to change group mit to not be 101 and everyone was OK with that? Why don't we just do that instead?
