Description
As part of our two-step program to purge the Debathena AFS sysname list with fire, we're putting off removal of i386_linux24 and i386_rhel3 until IAP so that we have time to warn the locker owners and create the locker maintainer's guide.
This ticket is to pull out that removal as a separate actionable item from #223.

I'm no longer convinced this is a good idea, because there are more lockers out there than I thought for which i386_linux24 means "stock RHEL 3".

i386_linux24 and i386_rhel3 are now dead on things that are Wheezy/Raring? or newer.

And hey look, with Trusty, we were now over 32 until an emergency punt of Karmic.
We need a better policy here. I proposed that we only support cluster releases and only n-2, modulo i386_rhel4 which is special.

Discussed at release-team. Going forward, we will support N..N-2 LTS releases, supported Ubuntu releases, oldstable/stable/unstable debian, and i386_rhel4. That drops our sysname list down to about 16-20 depending on the time of year. Some special cases:
*_ubuntu904 - the first Debathena cluster release.
*_deb40 - the "first" Debathena release. (This is rapidly becoming the i386_rhel4 of the Debathena world, and we should do something about that. Fixes to #1538/#1540 will help with this.
