re-use PXE boot DHCP lease in installer

Description

I think I remember reading somewhere the PXE bootloader (PXELINUX, in our case, or the thing that starts it) knows the IP address that was assigned during the PXE DHCP process itself. Can we pass that IP address/lease from PXELINUX into the installer kernel/d-i so that we don't have to re-do DHCP as soon as d-i starts, especially given how crappy DHCP tends to be in this school?
