Description
help-config hasn't really changed substantially since I initially wrote it. There's an opportunity to turn into a really great "front page" for all things Debathena. This would also be a great project for someone looking to get involved with Debathena, as it requires minimal knowledge of packaging, and only requires knowledge of XML.

->development. I'd like to actually pull help-config from natty-development so we don't accidentally push it to production.

Hrm. If we just push out the workstation update, the panel gets very upset until it's restarted, or at least SIGHUP'd. However, I think SIGHUP'ing the panel in a postrm or something is also vaguely wrong. So I think we decide that we don't care, since this only affects workstation users, who actually use the help icon, and who are logged in during the update, and who are likely to want to view the help between said update and when they log out.

I have pulled help-config from natty, and pushed workstation 1.3 to production for natty only.

- Status changed from development to proposed
I've pulled help-config from proposed (machines that were already regularly updating had already autoremoved the package anyway:
$ athinfo w20-575-1 packages | grep -i help-config $
workstation 1.3 (which punts help-config) is still in proposed, and will move to production along with moira, since it also pulls in moira-update-server.
Help config is also useless in Natty, because there's no global help icon, so instead we end up taking over the help TOC for each application, which is wrong.
We should punt help-config entirely. New accounts get launchers to various help websites anyway.
