auto-update's check for metapackages being removed results in false positive on natty

Description

Some natty machines have suddenly started logging that metapackages would be removed, even when they clearly won't be.

Geoff commited r25278 and debathena-auto-update 1.25 is now in -dev. See my mail to release-team for how we might want to deal with this.
