Description
I encountered a quickstation today halfway through a failed reboot. Our logging code (Thanks Ben!) told me that the culprit was a defunct pulseaudio process spawned by Firefox that was still in the chroot. It's unclear whether this is a blacklisting issue or a "pulseaudio sucks" issue or what, but it's apparently still a thing. The reboot itself failed because AFS could not be unmounted (because FF had a bunch of open files in AFS). A Ctrl-alt-Del _did_ kick it into rebooting.
