The update-cellservdb program in the debathena-afs-config package has no manpage.

Hmm...I don't think this utility is actually meant to be run by users. We only expect the CellServDB to change when we send them a new one, and we run update-cellservdb whenever that happens. So should this move into /usr/lib/debathean-afs-config? I think it should, and I'll plan to do so in a few days if nobody objects.

I too vote we move this to /usr/lib/debathena-afs-config.
