Description
It took me like five clicks to get to http://debathena.mit.edu/access-controls from the home page, and I mostly knew what I was looking for. Setting up Debathena post-install would be a lot more discoverable if we mentioned this page (and perhaps other relevant docs, like ATHENA_USER) at the end of the install process if you're installing one of the appropriate metapackages.

We shouldn't hardcode the access control docs (which reminds me, I hate that the installer and attach send you to a long URL with an anchor tag in it. That sucks to have to type by hand).
Instead, we should have a clever landing page for common docs or troubleshooting, with a short URL, and send people there. If we keep the landing page clean and short and well organized, it will be 1-2 clicks at most (click to landing page, select topic in question from a bullet list of anchor links).
