- Priority changed from normal to high
- Milestone changed from The Distant Future to Natty Release
Since this will be a bit of an upheaval anyway, we may want to move the debathena locker to the athena cell at the same time.

- Owner set to jdreed
I've take the first step here and moved demeter's docroot into the afs cell. Camilla dumped the dev cell volume into /afs/athena/system/athena10, created an "athena10" filsys entry, and cleaned the ACLs. I bumped httpd on demeter, and tested installs to verify that they still work (they do).
Any scripts anybody has that reference the dev cell athena10 volume should be updated.

Athena10's APT repo is now dead, and Trac 0.12 is up and running on demeter. I haven't yet tested importing data from the current Trac.
We should probably decide on whether or not we want a flag day or what. We can trivially move Trac over, since we're the only ones who use that. Moving the website is doable, but less trivial. Moving the APT repo really requires that we not screw up.

OK, Trac has been migrated and a rewrite rule put in place on debathena.mit.edu. It breaks with cert login, but I don't care, because we'll be moving the CNAME shortly. I have also put the symlinks in place to make the apt repo work. I'd appreciate testing.

demeter and demeter-r1 have been swapped. Hopefully this comment will get zephyred.

OK, this really and truly is done, and now that we've told ill-behaved Chinese web spiders to go away, Trac has been stable for a while now. "Hopefully nobody posts us to Slashdot or Reddit".
