Description
moira's r4038 fixes a crash in moira(1) that was being encountered in the field (by accounts, at least). We should get a new svn checkout (and we should make sure the process to do so is documented somewhere useful if it isn't already).

Hrm. We need to look more closely at what's changed, because this doesnt "just build" out of the box. I'm going to put this on the back burner for now, because it's not a release blocker.

Mail sent to moiradev with a patch to ensure that sysconfdir exists in clients/chsh/Makefile.in. This is not worth patching locally, I'll just wait for Garry to commit the change.

What's the right way to do this? ~/src/athena/third/moira is in our svn tree. Presumably I can't just svn co the moira repository? Copying stuff from /mit/moiradev seems like it's not quite the right answer?
