Description
It'd be nice if the dialog box saying that your print job was submitted said "Document %s has been sent to the Pharos servers; you can now go to any Pharos printer, swipe your ID, and print your job" or so instead of "Document %s has been sent to %s for printing".
If we can't actually conditionalize on Pharos or not, some "If this is a Pharos printer..." text would still be helpful.

Upstream took our english-to-english patch a while ago (the msgid is no longer valid), so we don't need it anyway, and I'm unconvinced this is a good idea, because printing-config is pulled in via clients, and it would suck to display a large message in libnotify for a bunch of local printers. Pharos has been around for a while, and is now the rule, not the exception. We can't conditionalize on format string values in translations (right?), and "If this is a Pharos printer" doesn't actually clarify things. Note that Gtk displays the printer "Location" by default, which is currently set to "Release jobs from any Pharos printer".
